The maintenance staff and property staff are super accommodating and friendly The residents I have met are also very kind. There are small issues with things like paint chips, but these are addressed very quickly. Amenities like the mail are convenient and easy to use. I look forward to community events and spaces eg pool as summer approaches.

|Recommended: YesWonderful community — My family and I have lived here for the last 2 years and we love it. The upscale design of the apartment and community amenities are fabulous. The property is well maintained. The maintenance staff responds quickly, the property manager and staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We feel safe and the location is very convenient to everything anyone needs to live life. I’ve lived in many apartment communities and The Bowen is by far the best I’ve lived in.
