What utilities are included?

Our members are responsible for water/sewer, gas, electricity, and $10 trash monthly.

How much is parking?

Parking at our 14909 parking garage is $15 per month for the first registered vehicle. Additional vehicles are $25 per month.

What is your pet policy and breed restrictions?

Our members are welcome to have no more than 2 pets (dogs or cats) in their home. The monthly pet rent is $45 per pet. There is a one-time pet fee, which is nonrefundable, of $200 per pet.

We have a 100lb weight limit for dogs and the following breed restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and any breed mixed with a restricted breed.

Does The Bowen accept housing vouchers or section 8?

Unfortunately, we do not participate in those housing programs.

What are the income requirements?

We do not have a specific income requirement, our applicant screening process will review six points of verification to include; credit screening, criminal background, previous bankruptcies, previous rental history, income, and employment verification.
