|Recommended: Yes3 months in — I am glad I chose The Bowen as my next place to reside after selling my house. It offers a level of comfort as well as safety in a luxury apartment. The grounds are well-kept and it's very quiet inside, most of the time. I have to get used to hearing my neighbors above and below me. The nearby restaurants and shopping are also a plus. Overall I am pleased

|Recommended: YesConvenient Community — Love the community Friendly neighbors, personable staff good communication to keep the residents alert aware of all kinds of updates pertaining package pick-ups or community events etc. Everyone seems to care for each other, very hands-on. They are willing to pitch in when where they can. Spacious apartments and hallways with enough room for wheelchair accessibility, plenty of parking, great amenities, accessible to shops convenient to Beltway.
|Recommended: YesPets — The Bowen is very nice top of the line living. The only issue is Pets, somehow The Bowen have to hold the pet owners responsible for cleaning after their pets. FROM what I've seen in the grass it's not small pets it's the owner of the large pets that's the problem..

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I moved in the second week of August. The property staff was very pleasant and timely in the delivery of the apartment. I've had several maintenance issues, but maintenance is also very professional and responsive. I have not had to wait for an extended period of time to get things fixed. The noise level is not overwhelming, but you can hear residents from time to time which can be a bit much when you are trying to relax.

|Recommended: NoResident — I say no because my husband and I officially moved in 7 22 22, we moved from noisy neighbor over our heads. We have been here a total of 17 days as of 8 8 22 and I have contacted the leasing rental office at least 10 of those days in reference to the noise coming for upstairs. As I write this review, I am listening to the noise coming from upstairs.
