|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments homes — I moved in 5 days ago and the staff has been very helpful and the amenities are lovely. It's fairly quiet here but I can still hear my neighbors a little bit depending on what they are doing. I haven't had any guests as of yet so, I'm unsure as to how parking will be once I start having guests over but everything seems to be fairly nice and simple.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice and Happy Couple — The reason for the choice to live at The Bowens is the atmosphere, the area is nice. The front desk staff is friendly and made us feel welcomed. So far day 2 we are enjoying our stay at our new residence. I would definitely recommend family and friends to visit or even stay if seeking residence.
