|Recommended: YesI’m happy — I love my apartment. If it was a condo, I would buy it Everyone is professional. The maintenance crew does an excellent job at responding and fixing issues. The community is quiet at night and I feel safe. The two things that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower and I don’t like the energy efficient washing machine. It takes longer to wash laundry.

|Recommended: YesSimply the best — This is a standout community with many amenities that you're looking. Housed in a modern, secure building is a clubhouse for entertaining, fitness gym, business office, theater, game room. There is also an outdoor pool, beautifully maintained grounds, 24-hour package pickup, concierge trash pickup from your door, and ample parking. The apartments are well-designed, with the up-to-date, stainless steel kitchen appliances, lighting and granite countertops. Some apartments have vaulted ceilings, all have a gas fireplace anda spacious master suite with full-sized bathroom with granite countertop, tub and shower. The large walk-in closets offer a shelving system to hang all your clothing and store your shoes and other items. Each unit also has its own alarm system at no extra cost. If you're looking for an amazing place, check out The Bowen. I highly recommend this amazing community.

The complex is quiet and the rent amount is pricey but great for what you get. Managment keeps the property clean and well maintained. The management and maintenance staff is exceptional and work hard to keep the tenants happy and resolve issues fast.
