|Recommended: YesThe Bowen is the best apartment I've ever lived in. — If you want peace, quiet and a friendly neighborhood then The Bowen is the place for you. They offer a lot of nice amenities. The fitness center is the only amenity that I take advantage of right now. I will start using the other ones, such as the Theater room, pool and clubhouse area. It always smells really good in the lobby.

|Recommended: YesGeneral Opinion — There is new managemet here that have made some good changes since they have taken over..However they have also made changes that intrude on some very nice things we had previously .
The maintenance crew we previously had was much better as well..We had relationships with the guys and they where very responsive
Hopefully we we can develope a similiar relationship
Lastly the change of not allowing eating at your table near the grill in the pool area is a child like rule for kids ..It's silly to grill in one area then have to walk and take your meal 50 feet from your table outside the pool gate to eat.
I thought this was an adult communty

I have never lived in a apartment complex that has giving me that safe environment home life. Everything here is peaceful, beautiful and friendly. The Bowen Apartments are the best in Bowie MD.

|Recommended: YesA home community that checks all of my boxes — The Bowen meets all of my needs for a living space. The apartments are properly sound proof. the space is adequate for my home size. the staff is very helpful, courteous and super responsive. I enjoy the amenities that are available. It is such a gorgeous space that my husband and I had our engagement shoot in the communal areas. We have had no neighbor issues and those that we run into are very friendly. We love all of the parking options and mail delivery is very reliable. We love the Bowen
