|Recommended: YesProfessional Upscale — The Bowen offers a professional, clean, and upscale living experience. The staff on-site are warm and accommodating. However, there are some areas in which they’ve clearly cut corners. The tile in the units are outdated and need to be replaced with a more modern material. Also, the sounds from units above are so clear, that one can actually hear full conversations, shower, sinks, and any noises neighbors make. It is highly disruptive. The maintenance team is quick to respond, but residents are charged for repairs. Lastly, the rent is quickly climbing, so the price tag is hefty.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartments and Staff — The Bowen is one of the best places I've ever lived. The entire staff leasing office, front desk, and maintenance are top notch. All of our neighbors are very polite and respectful. This is definitely one of the better places to live in Bowie in terms of upkeep, community standards, and safety.

|Recommended: YesMy Experience Living At The Bowen — I’ve lived here for 4 1 2 yrs and my experience has been great. Amenities and staff are wonderful. Being able to park inside and park on my floor is awesome. My only complaint is the trash room how neighbors refuse to dispose of their trash in the trash chute and breakdown their boxes and dispose their recycle items.
