|Recommended: YesVery convenient — It’s a well located property and has all the amenities you would need. The layout of the apartment homes are nice, the rooms are a bit small but the closets are huge.
|Recommended: YesA Nice Place to Live — I enjoy living at The Bowen. The staff is nice, the grounds are kept well, it's safe, and the amenities and quality of the apartments is great. I've lived here since 2013 and have enjoyed it.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Home — We enjoyed living at the Bowen. Whitney was always so sweet to us and willing to do whatever she could to help us. She even brought our packages to our door since we were all very ill with a cold virus. The staff are always kind, professional and make effort to make sure you're happy. With the Community being gated, we always felt safe. Our apartment had so much natural sunlight and windows that we didn't even feel like we were in an apartment. Although we had to move due to Covid-19, we greatly miss our home there and look forward to visiting again one day. Highly recommend
|Recommended: YesThe property is well kept. The Rental office staff are very pleasant and professional. — I can't really give an opinion on that because I am a new tenant however I've been here for a couple of weeks and so far so good. Things are nice.

|Recommended: YesIt is fine, we like it, — The Bowen is a fine community, just like most communal living spaces you have people who break the noise rules, and who smoke regardless of it being a non-smoking community and we have realized that there is nothing that can be done about the issues. Contacting the staff is fine and they respond, but there is nothing they can do if the person is not caught in the act.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Although you can hear neighbors from apartment to apartment, residents are pretty quiet in common areas, no people hanging out around the hallways and entrances. Clean up behind pets should be more enforced.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — I just moved The Bowen recently. Experience so far has been pretty good. One of the bedroom lights isn't working, and currently waiting for repairs. Over all, we are pretty happy.. Move was smooth, hallways are pretty quiet and amenities are great.
