In my first week of renting, They had a scheduled team to check if everything was ok.
Unfortunately, I was not in town and so couldn't leverage all their support at the time, The only feed back I have is let them know when you will move in if it's different from the date your rent begins.
Been one week here, and I have no regrets so far..

These are amazing apartment homes that I would compare to a 5 star hotel Spacious,clean and well secured. The neighbors are very friendly and I have already recommended these luxury apartments to my family and friends. My experience with management has been great, they have been responsive to my concerns and needs. It's a nice place to live. My family and I are completely satisfied.

The building layout has secure access points. The location is ideal for accessing major roads and it's close to numerous shopping and entertainment options. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The Bowen makes attempts to engage the residents with scheduled events that are fun to take part it. Also, they will receive and secure delivered packages for you. I really appreciate that
