The location is very convenient to shopping.. getting to the stores or the beltway. And the amenities are nice with a gym.. pool.. theater room and even monthly activities for the residents. |Recommended: YesThank You — I lost my husband two years ago and trying to navigate life and adjust to this new single, I realized that my home was too big and too much alone. I sold my house and decided to move in an apartment. The fact that I had to downsize from a five bedroom to a three bedroom apartment was overwhelming and causing me so much anxiety. When I arrived at The Bowen to get information, I felt at home. Mr Mark and Seven were so nice and kind from the beginning to the end. That feeling has not changed. I’m super excited to be here and thankful for management and the staff with this entire process which became very emotional starting this new chapter. They allowed me the time I needed to sell my home and get settled. They were amazing and my expectations have not changed or been let down . Everyone that I have spoken to who lived here at one time in the past and are no longer residents only have great things to say about the atmosphere and family community here and since my arrival, I must agree. I’m looking forward to a long-term stay with the Bowen family.

|Recommended: YesThe Bowen Apts. — I have been here for 5 and a half years. Although like any housing property there are good and bad issues. The good heavily outweighs the bad. I would live here again. However, better security and improved outside lighting would be exceptional improvements. The gym needs to be upgraded. The pool season should be extended at least through the end of September.

His energetic personality and his courteous demeanor has been professional in everyway.
