Pet Policy

The Bowen welcomes your pets! We allow two pets per apartment. We do have breed restrictions and have a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. There is a one time fee of $300 for one pet and $600 for two pets. Our monthly fee is $25 per pet. We do not permit residents to have pets that are on the restricted breed list: Staffordshire, Terriers, Rottweilers ,German Shepherds ,Presa Canarios ,Chows Chows ,Doberman Pinschers ,Akitas ,Wolf-hybrids ,Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskie
